This Abuse Policy explains what counts as acceptable use of the RIGFOA platform and what does not. It also outlines how we detect and handle violations, and how you can report abuse if you come across it. Our goal is simple: to keep RIGFOA a safe, fair, and transparent space for everyone.

1. Purpose and Scope

This policy applies to every user, visitor, and anyone who accesses or interacts with the RIGFOA platform in any way. It covers all activities performed through accounts, systems, and services connected to the platform — whether you're a new visitor or a long-time user.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on RIGFOA. Any violation may lead to suspension, termination, or legal action.

• Sharing or selling access credentials to third parties.

2.3 Malicious Activities

• Distributing malware, viruses, ransomware, or any harmful code.
• Running phishing, social engineering, or scam campaigns targeting our users.
• Interfering with platform operations, servers, or infrastructure.
• Launching denial-of-service (DoS) attacks or similar disruptions.

2.4 Abuse of Platform Features

• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities for personal gain.
• Manipulating trading mechanisms or automated systems unfairly.
• Using bots, scripts, or automation in ways that disrupt fair usage.
• Creating multiple accounts to bypass limits or restrictions.

2.5 Illegal Use

• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorism financing, or any illegal activity.
• Violating local, national, or international laws and regulations.
• Engaging in transactions involving stolen funds or illegal goods.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and confidential. Anything done through your account is treated as your responsibility — even if someone else did it using your login.

• Never share your login details with anyone.
• Contact us immediately if you notice suspicious activity on your account.
• Use strong, unique passwords and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.

4. Monitoring and Detection

RIGFOA reserves the right to monitor platform activity to detect abuse, fraud, or any policy violations. This monitoring may include both automated systems and manual reviews by our team.

• Real-time transaction monitoring.
• Behavioral analysis to spot unusual patterns.
• Regular security audits and risk assessments.
• Cross-checking with regulatory watchlists and sanctions databases.

5. Enforcement Actions

If we detect a violation, RIGFOA may take one or more of the following actions, depending on severity:

• Temporary suspension of account access.
• Permanent termination of the account.
• Restriction of specific features or services.
• Reversal or cancellation of questionable transactions.
• Reporting the matter to law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

We aim to act fairly and proportionately, but the final decision always rests with RIGFOA.

6. Reporting Abuse

If you come across suspicious or abusive behavior, please report it. The more detail you can provide, the faster we can investigate. Useful information includes:

• The account or username involved.
• Dates and timestamps of the activity.
• Screenshots or descriptions of what happened.
• Any other relevant context.

7. Investigation Process

Every reported case is reviewed carefully. Our investigation process may include:

• A full review of account activity and system logs.
• Communication with the parties involved to gather more information.
• Temporary restrictions on the account while the review is ongoing.
• A final decision with an explanation sent to the affected user.

8. Cooperation with Authorities

When required by law, we cooperate with law enforcement agencies, regulators, and other legal authorities to investigate and address illegal or abusive activities. This may include sharing account information, transaction records, and technical data.

This Abuse Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in regulations, technology, or the way our platform operates. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated policy.
